Pop-up Tent Trailer Rental Information

Thank you for choosing Norco Camper Co. for your tent trailer needs. Here is some general information on our tent trailers and how to rent them.

The pop-up tent trailers we carry are brand new 2005 models all made by Fleetwood. We have 3 different sizes and styles. There is the Yuma, Colonial, and the Victory.

In order to rent any of the trailers you must be over 25 and have a valid driver’s license. You must also be able to provide a liability insurance binder from your insurance company. All rentals require a 3 night minimum reservation. All rentals require a $250.00 security deposit and a $100.00 reservation deposit. The security deposit is refundable and the reservation deposit can be put towards rental charges. Being that we only have3 trailers in different sizes to rent, as a courtesy to others, we request all reservations be made 2-3 weeks in advance. Rentals may be paid by credit card, cash, or check. If rental is paid by check the reservation and all payments must be made 30 days prior to pick-up of rental.

To tow the tent trailers you must have a hitch attached to your vehicle. A brake control is required by law to tow any vehicle over 1500 pounds. If you need a hitch or brake control installed we are able to do so. We do request that any installation be done 1 week prior to pick-up of rental in case we have to order any parts for your vehicle. Installation appointments can be made M-F 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Installations can also be done Saturday with no appointment. Saturday hours are 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and installations are 1st come 1st serve.

Yuma:
14’ opens to 20’5” wt: 1550 lbs.

This trailer is the smallest of our pop-ups. It is able to fit 4-6 people comfortably. This trailer features a double and a queen bed. This trailer also features a kitchenette with stove, sink, and refrigerator, as well as a heater, electric outlet, storage area, and dinette area that can be converted to make extra beds. This trailer does not come with a toilet or shower; however there is a storage area for a port-a-potty. Port-a-potties are available to rent for $15.00.

Rent price 3 nights $225.00 (Summer) • $190.00 (Winter)

Colonial:
15’ opens to 21’4” wt: 1715 lbs.

This trailer is the medium size of our pop-ups. It is able to fit 4-6 people comfortably. This trailer features a double and a king bed. This trailer also features a kitchenette with stove, sink, and refrigerator, as well as a heater, electric outlet, storage area, hot water heater for outside shower use, and a dinette area that can be converted to make extra beds. This trailer does not come with a toilet; however there is storage area for a port-a-potty.

Rent price 3 nights $260.00 (Summer) • $225.00 (Winter)

Victory:
17’ opens to 21’4” wt: 2160 lbs.

This trailer is the largest of our pop-ups. It is able to fit 4-7 people comfortably. This trailer features a double and king bed. This trailer also features kitchenette with sink, stove, and refrigerator, as well as heater, electric outlet, larger storage area, outside shower area, and dinette that can be converted to make extra beds. This trailer does come with a shower, toilet, and a hot water heater.
